Overlay District Proposal

This page describes the overlay district proposed by the Leafmore-Creek Park Hills Neighborhood Association. Communities such as Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, and Candler Park use overlay districts to preserve the aesthetic integrity of their neighborhoods.
